After having successfully placed your order you will receive an Excel list with voucher numbers and links which you can also download under the section Ordered vouchers. Integrate the voucher links into your invitation mail manually.

Online vouchers are a particularly quick, easy and cost-effective way to invite your customers to visit your stand. When you order online vouchers, you will receive an e-mail containing online voucher numbers in an XLS file that you can incorporate into your invitation e-mailings.
You can integrate this numbers into the cover letter of your invitations and send it out by regular mail or e-mail.
The prerequisite for using vouchers is that your customers must redeem their voucher numbers at www.productronica.com/en/ticket prior to the fair. Once registration is complete, their personal Print@home Ticket will be sent to them by e-mail. Their printed Print@home Ticket is their admission ticket and gives them direct access to the fair.
