Electromobility is highly relevant for electronics machine and equipment manufacturers: High reliability, high voltages, heat dissipation produced by power generation and energy efficiency are key requirements. All in all, electromobility poses new challenges for assembly and connection technology.
Electric motors, lightweight construction, new materials and hybrid components require new production technologies, e.g. processes for the surface coating of electrodes, specifically the deposition of ultra-thin layers.
The high-voltage drive system developed by AllGoTec is a plug-and-play solution in the power class up to max. 35 KW / 47.6 HP. With the energy-efficient drive system for small two-, three- or four-wheeled vehicles, automotive manufacturers are provided with a new type of vehicle architecture as well as a faster transition from the combustion engine to e-mobility.
Innovations result from the reduced number of components, the consistent motor performance due to liquid cooling, the variable installation position as well as the 500V DC high-voltage technology with more energy efficiency. The number of motors, batteries and control units are variable, pending on the application.
Visitors of the AllGoTec stand (Hall B2, Stand 448) can see the high-voltage drive system, its various applications in electric bikes and a rear-axle drive system for 4-wheel vehicles.
The
Innovation Forum
in hall B2 (VDMA stand 441) offers presentations on relevant aspects of electromobility.
