Dr. Nisha Shaji

Dr. Nisha Shaji is a Senior Product Engineer at TE Connectivity, with over 20 years of experience spanning R&D, academia, and industry. She has published 35 technical papers, filed six Indian patents and guided Ph.D. scholars in Power Electronics. As a Senior Member of IEEE, she has actively contributed to the IEEE Power Electronics and Industrial Electronics Society Chapters in Bangalore since 2018, leading initiatives in technical advancement and professional development.
