Prices for raw stand space

You take care of designing, planning, building and dismantling your stand yourself. You only pay the participation fee per square meter of exhibition space for your stand.

** If booked on/after December 1, 2022. Please observe the Special Terms of Participation B, Section B3. Prices for combination packages remain unchanged after the registration deadline.

Mandatory communication fee
(basic entry in our print and online media as well as further communication services)

AUMA fee
(the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a contribution of € 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space. This contribution is calculated by the organizer and paid directly to AUMA)

Advance payment for services
(fixed-rate advance payment for services such as electricity, water and telephone connections. The advance payment will be offset against the services actually used after the event)

Disposal fee
(basic waste disposal before, during and after the fair)

Energy cost surcharge
(in principle, the participation fee includes the costs for lighting, heating and air conditioning of all exhibition spaces. However due to the recent sharp rise in energy prices, Messe München GmbH is forced to charge an energy cost surcharge in addition)

EUR 5.00/m²

All prices are subject to value-added tax.
