Back in the game for Hand Soldering Competitions
After a very difficult years under strict lockdown and very poor interactions, it is a pleasure to meet you all again shortly at productronica for the IPC Hand Soldering Competition - Germany from 16 to 19 November.
Hand soldering of high density PCBAs requires highly skilled & qualified technicians in order to meet zero-defect soldering leading to overall assembly reliability.
Who’s the BEST of the BEST ….IN HAND SOLDERING ? Skilled soldering experts (F/M) will be competing during 60 minutes on a complex circuit board assembly to win the 2021’ National title and earn a cash prize. Competitors will be judged by IPC Master Instructors (MIT) on soldering a complex printed circuit board in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 criteria. The quality of the results achieved, the quality of the assembly process, the overall electronical functionality of the assembly as well as the speed at which the assembly was produced will allow us to name an HSC Germany Champion on Friday afternoon. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top-3 winners. Join, attend or compete at the IPC Hand Soldering Competition - Germany held at productronica – Messe Muenchen, Hall #A2 – Stand# A2.300 from 16 au 19 November 2021. Registration is free of charge. Competition rules are available. Sanitary measures: Because of the pandemic, specific sanitary measures will be enforced on the competition (mandatory mask, use of alcoholic gel and cleaning protocol, as well as social distancing).
