Biography

Amin is the CEO and Co-founder of Hummink. He holds an Engineering degree in chemistry from the National Institute for Applied Science in Tunisia and a Master's in Material Science from Sorbonne Université in Paris. Amin's PhD research focused on additive manufacturing of ceramics, delving into areas such as rheological properties of colloidal suspension for printability and the mechanical properties of bioinspired microstructures in ceramics. In 2020, he co-founded Hummink with Pascal Boncenne, stemming from the physics lab of Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. Hummink has successfully secured a total funding of 5M€ across two rounds, fueling the development of a novel additive manufacturing technology with extensive applications, notably in the semiconductor industry, electronics, display, and biomedical fields.
