Industry 4.0 is the digital transformation that drives quality, traceability and efficiency improvements throughout the electronics manufacturing process. Traditionally, connected factory strategies focused on integrating processes within the manufacturing line to their MES system to enable command and control of each step of the process from the MES system to track and analyze output data. As electronics manufacturers enhance their connected factory strategies there is a strong push to integrate and leverage data from critical offline processes into the factory.

Anthony Ambrose joined Data I/O in October 2012 and is our President, CEO, and Board Member. Anthony has a passion for product development and new technology. He led product divisions and global engineering teams at Intel and Radisys, creating the standard high volume server platforms in enterprise and telecom markets. As a consultant, Anthony helped technology companies, funds, and early-stage companies create winning product and investment plans.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Magna cum Laude, from Princeton University. Anthony has two US patents granted and is Chair of the EvergreenHealth Foundation Board of Trustees.
