With Accelerating Talents, productronica offers you a platform that enables you to get to know international corporations and aspiring start-ups that are looking for talented employees.

To optimize communication between employers and young professionals, productronica 2019 was focusing on the topic “Accelerating Talents” for the first time. Students, graduates, young professionals, and startups were able to gain some insights into electronics production processes and establish professional contacts.
The Hackathon will celebrate its premiere at this year’s productronica. At a hackathon, a group of hackers completes a 48-hour “marathon” working on concrete problems (challenges). The cross-disciplinary teams develop approaches that provide food for thought and innovative solutions.
The “hackers” in our case are you, of course—the young professionals or students from the fields of electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering and industrial engineering.
The challenges will be submitted by the exhibitors. They are therefore real and offer you a good opportunity to get to know potential employers.

Talent Gateway is a recruiting platform that connects you with potential employers in a special way: You have to complete an exercise course and demonstrate where your special skills lie. The course modules range from Escape Truck and QR Code Rally to Tech-Slam on stage. In addition, you can discuss a possible future together during individual conversations at the Career Café. Use the formats and get a whole lot closer to your dream job.
Exhibitors at productronica can post job openings in the (Online) Career Center of the trade fair already before the event. Click on it and learn more about the offers. You will also find the job advertisements on the Job Board in the Career Center (Hall B2) during the trade fair.
The „Education and Training Path“ is a young talent platform providing advice for high school graduates, trainees and students. Here you can get information about initial and continuing vocational training, university degrees and career entry. If you do not yet know where your path should lead you, come by and get valuable insider knowledge from industry experts during personal conversations.
