19th International trade fair for innovative electronics production

productronica is THE leading trade fair for electronics production. It is the only trade fair in the world that showcases the entire value chain for electronics manufacturing– from software to process control, from technology to applications, and from products to system solutions – under a single roof. It also focuses on the latest innovative and future-oriented highlight themes. Take advantage of this added value and profit from the effects of synergy. In short: productronica is an outstanding gathering for leading German and international manufacturers and newcomers who give other participants a look at both the present and the future.

The industry gathering:
Global presence. Quantity with quality.

More than 1,200 exhibitors – some 40% of them from abroad – in 7 halls and 77,000 m² of exhibition space await you at this year's productronica: Companies of all sizes, global market leaders and industry start-ups, established regular exhibitors and innovative first-time exhibitors from all branches of the electronics-manufacturing industry will present their impressive range of products and services at productronica 2011.

The range of topics:
Topical, comprehensive, first rate.

productronica 2011 revolves around newly developed products as well as the latest manufacturing technologies and system solutions. It is a unique platform, and other trade fairs for this sector pale by comparison. It is the perfect place to discover innovative process technologies as well as important developments in automation, manufacturing technology for PCBs, and the sectors for measuring, testing and inspection technology and quality control.

Highlight themes:
Dynamic and the measure of new markets.

productronica 2011 places emphasis on special exhibition sectors as well as traditional ones. The highlight topics at this year's fair are battery and energy-storage manufacturingefficient production management, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), and organic and printed electronics. Embedding these highlight topics into productronica creates unique synergy effects for you.

Where the European PCB industry meets:
New, innovative and sustainable.
productronica has the perfect meeting place for the PCB industry, i.e. the new PCB Community Area. As a result, exhibitors and visitors can come together in the redesigned Hall B1, where the PCB Community Area is a central hub. The Community Area, which was created especially for the fair, is divided into three areas: a speaker's corner, a poster show illustrating the sectors that create added value, and a meeting place for discussions at the heart of the industry. As a result, productronica is living up to its reputation as an independent, innovative platform that promotes the success of all market participants.

The related-events program:
Multifaceted and future oriented.
productronica will present everything that sets standards in electronics production again in 2011: the sessions in the productronica Forum and the Innovation Forum deal with topics that pertain to markets and technologies. Additional "highlight themes" are explained and discussed in the forums. The highlight themes for productronica 2011 are: battery and energy-storage manufacturing, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), efficient production management and organic and printed electronics. The highlight theme on battery and energy-storage manufacturing will also feature a special show on the production of batteries and power electronics for electromobility, which is being organized in conjunction with the German Engineering Federation.

The CEO Roundtable, where leading international executives discuss the future of industrial production in Germany and Europe, promises to be an additional highlight at productronica 2011.
