When presenting new services, we also feel the
need to explore new sales avenues and reach out to a wider audience. It’s a
well-known fact that many of the people who visit the productronica are
specialists and decision-makers. We therefore expect to establish many interesting
contacts in the sectors that are relevant to us.

…I’m keen to introduce our products and services

3. Reis Robotics will be presenting at the special “Battery Manufacturing and Power Electronics” exhibition
in hall B2. Why should people at the trade fair visit this special exhibition? Nowadays, everyone’s talking about e-mobility. We
now need to present technology solutions that will enable us to manufacture
products from this field at lower cost but with higher quality. The special
exhibition is therefore a must for any specialists involved in this field.
4. What does Reis Robotics expect from the 2012 financial
year in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
Despite various uncertainties on the
international financial markets, our growth forecasts have been confirmed over
the year. In addition to a general slowdown in the economy, the
uncertainties will remain in the future. This is due to various factors,
including the situation on the financial markets, as I just mentioned. In the
long term, however, we believe there will be an ongoing need for automation
solutions which will also open up new opportunities in the future.
5.For you, what would be a perfect day at the
productronica? A perfect productronica day
means a lot of interesting visitors, intensive business conversations and lots
of new business contacts.

part in productronica 2011?
productronica is the annual trade fair highlight
for Fuji. It is
our industry’s leading international trade fair making it the ideal platform
for us to present our innovative products to a wide audience. We expect a very
high number of visitors from Germany
and abroad, even beyond Europe. The trade fair
is for us also a very good indicator for business development in 2012. Our
expectations are very high and our team is extremely motivated.

will present many new global innovations and we are very excited about the

3. Fuji Machine Europe
GmbH will be exhibiting in the assembly technologies area in hall 3 stand 317.
Why should people attending the trade fair visit your stand? For the first time we will present 3 global
innovations while exhibiting further new products in our established NXT and
AIMEX concept. Moreover, we will introduce further software developments,
optimizations, LED solutions and traceability applications. Our special highlight will be the celebration of Fuji
Machine Europe GmbH’s 20th anniversary - a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the Japanese company Fuji Machine Manufacturing Ltd.
4. What does Fuji Machine Europe GmbH expect from FY 2011 in general? How do
you expect your market to develop in the future?
Both 2010 and 2011 were, are and will be the
most successful years since the foundation of Fuji Machine Europe GmbH. At the productronica we will take the
opportunity to discuss and plan projects for 2012. As a result, the trade fair
is a key indicator for the further development of our business. An increase in 2012 is hardly conceivable but all our
activities suggest a continuation of a high business level.
5. For you, what would be a perfect day at productronica?
Based on long-standing statistical figures, the
trade fair attendance is expected to develop according to the Gaussian distribution
function, i.e. the busiest days will be Wednesday and Thursday. Nevertheless there is a slight trend that our customers
will increasingly visit the trade fair on Tuesday and Friday so we expect
somewhat balanced attendance. We are all looking forward to the productronica
and are raring to go! It will be a perfect day at the trade fair if our
customers leave our stand feeling satisfied, with plenty of information and
wish to intensify our collaboration after the trade fair.

2011 financial year in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the
future?
After a successful year in 2010 we started this new
business year with high expectations. Despite a number of terrible natural
disasters and political crises, the global economy is quite stable and business
is developing well, especially in Germany. This shows by taking a
look at the figures for our business activities in Germany, but also in the European
and international market: Our turnover has increased compared to the first
quarter of 2010. The number of incoming orders in the construction environment
is also positive – we are working to full capacity over the coming months.
Conductor boards manufacturers in Europe have
found their market niche and have redefined their customer base: Average order
volumes and prototypes from the industry electronics and automotive electronics
areas primarily stimulate this trend.

you, what would be a perfect day at productronica?
We are

For the first time KROENERT
will take part in the trade fair as an exhibitor. So we expect to increase our
network for the roll-to-roll manufacturing process of flexible and printed
electronics. We also want to open up new avenues to strengthen development
partnerships. Long-term success is only possible with partners.

... as a machine engineering

KROENERT stands for
reproducible print and application technology - in the field of nanolayers too.
In our technology center in Hamburg
we demonstrate this with systems such as sheet die or anilox rolls.
We also consider ourselves to be a strong development partner with expert
knowledge. We have experience in wet-chemical application under vacuum
conditions.
4. What does Kroenert expect from the 2011 financial year
in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
The 2011 financial year was
very positive, especially in the field of printed electronics. The volume of orders
for 2012 is high and some projects are already in the pipeline. We expect a
sustainable development for the organic printed electronics market once the end
products have largely been commercialized.
5. For you, what would be a perfect day at productronica?
Interesting discussions and
new national and international projects which will eventually lead to our
customers’ as well as KROENERT’s success. Picking up trends early on is as
important as implementing them in your own company.

in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
So far 2011 has exceeded the
already very positive results generated in 2010. The trend reversal towards
renewable energy, new power engines in the vehicle manufacturing, increasing miniaturization
and personal communication systems will also drive our business in the future.
5. For you, what would be a perfect day
at productronica?
Traveling with public transport.
Industry professionals indulging in self-contemplation throughout the day.
Customers and prospective customers offering many new suggestions. And a stand
party or a cold beer served by a nice waitress in a dirndl, to round off the
day. What a pity that the trade fair only lasts 4 days.

This year we expect lots of really good
discussions with our existing customers and inspiring new contacts, as in
previous years. These provide us with valuable stimuli for coming trends on the
market, and what our customers need and want in the next few years. This is
especially important for us, because we have just been announced best wire
bonder manufacturer for the third time in a row, by our customers in the VLSI
2011 survey.
2. Please complete the sentence: I am looking forward to
productronica 2011 because…
... we see some new trends on the market this year. One
is photovoltaics, which are getting stronger all the time, and another is the
flourishing development on the market for electric vehicles, which we are
feeling in the production of big battery modules. You don’t experience this as
up close as at productronica anywhere else, because no other trade fair in the
world is so internationally oriented and covers so many technology areas.
3. F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH will exhibit in the
semiconductor and display production area in hall B2 at stand 281. Why should
people attending the trade fair visit your stand?
Primarily to see our most exciting new
development! Our G5 XL wire bonder, which at one square meter offers by far the
world’s biggest work area. It has been specifically developed for solar cells
and battery modules, and is already a money spinner on the market. Most of the
components, such as the bond head, are identical with the standard model, and
therefore tried, tested and proven hundreds of times over – but the work area
is 22 times bigger. And because we also have to test such large components,
with the 5700C we are also presenting the biggest bond tester in the world at
the same time.
4. What does F & K Delvotec Bondtechnik GmbH expect in general
from FY 2011? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
At the moment it looks like 2011 will be an
excellent year for us. We had actually expected something of a dampener after
the recovery year in 2010, but this isn't the case right now. Generally
speaking our persistent technology and quality orientation is paying off on a
global level: all over the world people want “Made in Germany”. And
this despite the fact that we are suffering from the weak dollar and therefore
cannot accept many orders, because they simply wouldn’t pay for us!
5. For you, what would be a perfect day at productronica?
To have an hour free to be able to wander through
the halls and see what the other exhibitors have on offer. It is more or less
tradition with us now that I never get away from the stand, because we have so
many visitors and we have such in-depth talks. I see this with a smile and a
tear in my eye! But productronica is really also a kind of family get-together
for the electronics industry – there is just so much to exchange ideas and
opinions about.

us it is primarily about further increasing our recognition level as a complete
provider of solutions in the cable processing area. We are specifically focusing our presence at this year's productronica

Those customers that are looking for even more
productive methods in cable processing, and who won’t stop until the very last
ounce of potential is exhausted are best catered for at Schleuniger’s stand.
Ultimately it is really always about improving your productivity over the
competition’s. It‘s all too easy to lose a head start!
4. What does Schleuniger expect from the 2011
financial year in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the
future?
The Schleuniger Group recovered very quickly last
year after a difficult year in 2009. And thankfully we are also making good
gains in 2011. Unfortunately the strong Swiss Franc is causing us some
concerns; otherwise the outlook for 2011 would be even better. But what applies
for our customers, also applies for us: productivity is the key focus, and we
too must constantly strive to be even better.
5. For you, what would be a perfect day at
productronica?
That’s relatively easy: a full stand with plenty of
potential customers with specific projects, and preferably from all over the
world. It is the interesting discussions that enrich our life – and that also
applies to and especially for our business life!

4. What does HellermannTyton expect from the 2011 financial year in
general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
This financial year will end with further record sales. The sustained
upswing as well as the professional market activities have allowed us
to solidly establish our brand. We have won many projects with an
outlook into future developments. We have been busy on many markets, thereby earning opportunities to be
the first to set trends and react accordingly. With our large internal
product development department, we were able, for example, to develop
parts for various markets including renewable energy, white goods and
automotive. There is enough to do here!

at productronica?
When taking part in a trade fair such as productronica we invest in
surface and staff. So we enjoy seeing crowded trade fair halls and
interested visitors. We also look forward to establishing many new

I hope to meet people interested

promising projects. productronica is the most important trade fair for TRUMPF
where we present lasers and systems specially designed for the electronics
production. Electromobility will be the focus of a special exhibit this year -
this topic is in line with our aim of emphasizing the benefits of laser in the
production of batteries and high-performance electronics.

4. What does TRUMPF expect from the 2011 financial year in
general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
The 2011 financial year has been
excellent so far. It seems we have finally put the crisis behind us. TRUMPF
took the opportunity to intensely develop new laser devices during the crisis -
a further boost for the rapid growth. I'm convinced that the good market trend
will hold. Moreover, properties of future electronic products will increasingly
require the use of lasers. All in all we feel confident about the future.
5. For you, what would be a perfect day
at productronica?
A perfect day at the productronica would start
with interesting discussions and end with aching feet and a gruff voice
when the
loudspeaker announces the end of a day at the trade fair. Experience
has shown that customers respond in many different ways to our

productronica is the leading international trade fair.
Especially now, given the current positive economic climate, it provides our
sales teams with an ideal setting in which to meet interested parties and
customers from all over the world – whether we are dealing with an initial
enquiry or actually concluding a business deal. However, networking is
important not just in sales but in other areas too. Our technicians and
developers use the productronica to talk to customers, partners, suppliers and
providers of peripheral systems about new requirements, trends and
developments.

... I expect to see an extremely successful “home
game” for the SIPLACE team at the Munich Trade Fair. Since the company was
successfully integrated into the ASM group, we have been focusing our energy on

Electronics manufacturers around the world are taking
advantage of the economic recovery and making investments in order to expand
and modernize their facilities. It is good to see that European and American
electronics manufacturers have been able to win back market shares through
their use of new and highly flexible production concepts. However, there is a
noticeable trend towards flexible production in Asia too. We ultimately benefit
more from this than other manufacturers. I think the market will remain buoyant
– even if the rapid growth in recent months slows down slightly.

would be a perfect day at productronica?
The SIPLACE team has a home advantage in Munich. The
perfect day would begin with breakfast with the family, followed by numerous
detailed, constructive discussions with old and new customers, partners and
staff. Once the evening events were over, it would end back at home.

We expect access to qualified trade visitors and

sites with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Trade fair visitors
interested in a continuous integration of systems and machines in MES and ERP
should certainly drop by our stand. An exchange with partners and competitors

the first time ever. We have given SAP ME a completely new face, which evolved
from real usage scenarios and is exclusively available from SALT Solutions.
Production therefore takes on a degree of flexibility and user-friendliness,
previously unknown in conjunction with SAP.

in general? How do you expect your market to develop in the future?
We expect continued above-industry-average growth
by opening up new business segments with innovative software solutions for
production and logistics. The combined service offering of fully integrated

Samori, AUREL AUTOMATION SpA will exhibit at productronica again. What are your expectations regarding productronica 2011?
Aurel Automation has just celebrated its 40th
anniversary and has been exhibiting directly at productronica since 1981. For Aurel, productronica 2011 will be a good
test of the future economy; 2007 was the year before the crisis and 2009 was
the exhibition during the crisis. In 2010 the economic situation was better and
we increased our turnover by 25%. For
the above reasons we have decided to participate again in 2011 in the same hall
with the same space. We expect all of Europe
to be there, either visiting or exhibiting with new ideas, new products and new
machinery.

for Aurel Automation. It’s held in the heart of Europe
and is truly international. We usually encounter a lot of visitors,

Why should participants of the fair visit your stand?
Aurel
Automation makes machines for the electronics and microelectronics industry. We
offer a wide range of machines and complete lines for electronics production.
Aurel is located in Hall 2, in the machines
sector, and we will be exhibiting standard equipment and special lines that we
supply around the world for many different applications. The most important
are: the production of sensors, fuel cells, organic photovoltaic cells and
concentrated cells; automatic lines for thick film screen printing for LTCC and
HTCC; special lines for the calibration of sensors by laser or by digital
system into chambers with controlled temperature and pressure.
For the last two years we have concentrated our
investments in the development of new machines for the new technologies that,
in our opinion, will be the future of electronics. Examples include the
roll-to-roll lines for screen printing or ink jet on flexible materials for
OLED, RFID and biosensors used in medical or food applications. We also have a brand new and interesting
machine, the Xcel, designed to meet several requests: dispensing, inspection,
assembling, ink jet and other applications.
4. What
does AUREL AUTOMATION SpA expect of the business in 2011 in general? How do you
value the future market development of your branch?
For Aurel Automation, 2010 was a good year in
terms of business. We are similarly optimistic about 2011, with positive
expectations for new orders as we received a lot of new requests in the last
quarter of 2010. In
many areas business has improved. There are many new ideas, projects and strong
input for innovation.
5. Please
describe your perfect day at productronica. For Aurel Automation, I would say that the
perfect day at productronica is the same as for many other companies, when,
from 9 am to 6 pm our stand is full of visitors who have come to look at the
Aurel machines and are asking for urgent quotations. It’s also a day when we
sit with our customers or new visitors discussing their new enquiries that
promise investments in the very near future.
As you know, productronica is in November, so
at the end of this new year, and a perfect day is when we meet 2011 customers who
are happy and busy with their newly delivered machines.
In
other words, a perfect day is when we are tired in the evening but satisfied,
optimistic and with a renovated trust on the future
