When it comes to making valuable new contacts, you can count on our active and competent support in the form of presswork and conventional marketing communication – even now.

Here are a few examples of ways that you can contact your target group and attract international attention before, during and after the fair.

  • productronica e-mail newsletter
    This newsletter is edited by professional journalists and features the latest industry and fair-related news. It is the perfect place to run a personal letter with your company logo, inviting your customers to visit your stand.
  • Company entry
    Whether in the printed exhibition catalog, over the Internet or at the fair.
  • Guest tickets/e-Guest tickets
    A click at the productronica website saves time and is extremely practical, especially if you want to send your customers invitations with e-Guest tickets or the e-newsletter by e-mail. Guest tickets are the most effective way to increase the number of qualified visitors at your stand.
  • Visitor registration
    We record relevant visitor information whether they register online or upon arrival at the fair. Doing so makes visitor profiles more transparent for exhibitors and helps us ensure that the range of exhibits remains oriented to the needs of everyone involved.
  • Visitor tracking / Lead retrieval
    Visitor information is stored in our central tracking system. When they visit your stand, visitors can present their passes (which are also their admission tickets) for tracking, i.e. so that you can access their profiles. This allows you to process your leads quickly and easily.
  • Media and press services
    We use target-group-oriented presswork and conventional advertising to reach your audience of industry professionals around the world, i.e. using ads in leading trade journals, direct-mailing campaigns and up-to-date information at the website. Take advantage of our press services to direct your company and product-related information to some 470 accredited journalists.

All the information about our marketing services and much more vou will find as of May 2011 in the Exhibitor Center. All productronica exhibitors can use the online Exhibitor Center’s closed user group to handle many formalities. 

The website also features information about our range of exhibitor technical services - from stand construction to electrical and water connections, exhibitor passes, parking passes and various rental services.
